Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; ADN required upon hire, BSN preferred.
• May require specific years of applicable experience per department guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments according to approved nursing techniques and state laws.
• Documents care according to standards of care.
• Performs assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation of care.
• Develops and executes a patient plan of care as prescribed by Physician and clinic policy.
• Participates in department/unit performance improvement activities and peer review.
