Mercyhealth Wisconsin and Illinois is seeking a registered nurse to provide comprehensive patient care across our health system. You will utilize the nursing process, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and administer medications per standards of care.

Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, documentation, and patient/family education, with opportunities for ongoing professional development and system-wide quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• ADN required upon hire; BSN preferred.
• Licensed RN in state of practice with CPR/BLS within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team to care for patients.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per policies andState laws.
• Performs assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation of care.
• Documents according to standards of care.
• Develops and executes patient care plans per physician/clinic policy.
