Job summary

Mercyhealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care, using the nursing process in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. You will administer medications, document care, and develop individualized plans of care in accordance with physician orders and policy.

Eligibility requires ADN or BSN, RN licensure in the practice state, CPR/BLS within 90 days, and at least 2 years of nursing experience. Mercyhealth offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• ADN required upon hire, BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience required.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to care for patients.

• Performs assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care.
• Documents according to standards of care.
