Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program required.
• 1-2 years RN experience required.
• If ADN, enroll in BSN within 12 months and complete within 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan nursing care from admission through discharge.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team.
• Advocate for patient and family and communicate concerns promptly.
• Identify and analyze patient status and plan interventions.
• Incorporate evidence-based practice to improve quality and safety.
• Lead and delegate tasks within scope of practice.
