Proforma Health Inc is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our dynamic care team. You will apply the nursing process to provide patient-centered care and uphold professional accountability.

Requirements include a valid RN license (state or compact), graduation from an accredited program (ADN/ Diploma/ BSN), and BLS within 30 days of hire; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, or others) may be required by the unit.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Valid RN license in the state or compact license, meeting all licensing requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire; ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM, or others may be required based on the unit.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care and ensure accountability.
• Coordinate with other departments and protect patient rights and confidentiality.
