Qualifications

• Current state RN license and CPR certification required.
• 1–2 years of elder-care or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Graduate from an approved RN program.

Responsibilities

• Assess, document, and communicate residents' status accurately.
• Supervise and mentor Resident Care Assistants and Lead RNs.
• Coordinate care with providers, ensuring resident independence and safety.
