You will facilitate education, mentor staff, and promote evidence-based practice within a fast-paced homecare team, ensuring compliance and continuous professional development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with valid RN license; multi-state licensure preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
  • Certifications such as BLS required; ACLS/PALS may be needed.
  • Strong computer, communication, interpersonal, and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Ability to function effectively in fast-paced settings and respond to emergencies.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories, educational strategies, and quality improvement tools.
  • Critical thinking, innovation, and commitment to lifelong learning are essential.
