LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse to join an interdisciplinary care team and deliver proactive, patient-centered care tailored to diverse patient needs. The role emphasizes evidence-based nursing processes, safety, and strong partnerships with patients and families to achieve optimal outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license (single-state or compact) with BLS certification, and has either limited experience or is a recent graduate.

Qualifications

• RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
• Less than one year of clinical experience preferred; recent graduates considered.
• Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred.
