Compensation & Incentives

Base Pay: $33.50 – $73.31 (discuss on initial call).

Sign-On Bonus: $30,000.

Differentials:

• Nights: +15% (up to +$6/hr)
• Evenings: +10% (up to +$4/hr)

Shift Schedule

3x12s – Days, Evenings & Nights.

Days: 3a–3p or 7a–7p.

Evenings: 11a–11p or 3p–3a.

Nights: 7p–7a.

Every other weekend; no on‑call.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Massachusetts.
• 6–8+ months ED or Urgent Care RN experience.
• BLS certification.
• ADN or BSN accepted.
