Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department in Worcester, MA. This contract role offers up to $2,300 gross weekly with benefits from day 1.

Shift options include 12-hour nights or evenings, with a 26-week contract and local or travel acceptance. Requirements include MA RN license, 18 months ER experience (2+ preferred), Level I Trauma experience, EPIC familiarity, and ability to read telemetry.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license
• Level I Trauma experience required
• EPIC experience preferred
• Telemetry reading required
• Psych/Behavioral Health ED experience preferred
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required
• Every other weekend coverage required

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Care for neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics
• Perform cardiac monitoring and emergency response
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias
• Provide respiratory care and care of ventilated patients
• Perform triage and prioritize patient care
• Provide care for patients with behavioral health and psychiatric needs
• Maintain safe, quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting

Rate: Up to $2300.00 Gross Weekly + benefits available from day 1

Shift: 12-Hour Nights | 7:00 PM–7:00 AM OR 12-Hour Eves | 3:00 PM–3:30 AM

Contract: 26 weeks | Local & Travel Accepted

Requirements

• 18 months of ER experience required; 2+ years preferred
• Active, unencumbered Massachusetts RN license
• Level I Trauma experience required
• EPIC experience preferred
• Must be able to read and interpret telemetry
• Psych/Behavioral Health ED experience strongly preferred
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred, but not required
• Every other weekend coverage required

Certifications

• TNCC preferred
