Job summary

Fairview Hospital is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to serve as Market Float ED RNs for four local emergency departments. You will provide emergency care, lead the care team, and collaborate with physicians to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans across diverse urgent needs.

This role involves floating across four EDs with 12-hour shifts, days and mids, and opportunities for sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state required.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to treat all types of emergent needs.
• Must have or obtain necessary certifications as required.
