What We Offer:

Novant Health Hilton Head Hospital is seeking Market Float ED RNs!

Sign‑on bonus available up to $25,000 and relocation allowance available.

Full Time, Shift: Days/Mids rotation – 12 hour shifts starting at 0700‑1900, 0900‑2100, 1000‑2200, 1030‑2230, 1200‑2400.

Location: This position will float to all four local Emergency Departments:

• Hilton Head Hospital - 25 Hospital Center Blvd, Hilton Head, South Carolina 29926
• Coastal Carolina Medical Center - 1000 Medical Center Dr, Hardeeville, SC 29927 (Tidewatch Freestanding ED - 349)
• Tidewatch - Dr West, Bluffton, SC 29910 (Bluffton Freestanding ED - 8 Parkside Ave, Bluffton, SC)

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• 4‑Year/Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school required.
• If your RN license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a board‑approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license.
• To be considered for current licensure status, apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.

Experience:

• One year relevant experience, preferred.

Licensure/Certification:

• Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.

Treat all types of emergent needs. The Registered Nurse serves as a leader of the healthcare team by establishing an authentic personalized relationship with the patient and their chosen support system, collaborating with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care that promotes optimal health or supports a peaceful death.

The Registered Nurse utilizes best scientific evidence and compassion to assist the patient in navigating their health journey.
