Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. seeks an experienced ED R.N. in Denver to provide direct, high-level nursing care in a fast-paced trauma setting.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to apply evidence-based practices in trauma and level 1 designation care. Requirements include an accredited nursing program, current RN license, and 6+ months of experience, plus BLS/PALS/ACLS and trauma-related certifications within set timeframes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent if less than 3 years' experience.
• Current RN licensure and at least 6 months of nursing experience.
• Certifications including BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC or ATCN, ACLS, Trauma Nurse Core Course, and NIH Stroke Scale within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-scope patient care using the nursing process.
• Prioritize patient safety and quality care.
• Precept and mentor new staff and promote evidence-based practices.
• Contribute to positive patient outcomes in a dynamic clinical setting.
