Job summary

Alliance Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (ED/ER) for an acute-care assignment in Adrian, MI. This in-person role offers $50–$55/hour pay, a flexible PRN schedule, and the opportunity to work in a busy ED/ER environment.

Requirements include an active, unrestricted RN license, at least 1 year of ED/ER experience in the past five years, and 1 year of EPIC experience. LTACH or IRF experience alone does not qualify; compliance with facility policies is required.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• At least 1 year ED/ER acute-care experience within the past 5 years.
• 1 year of EPIC experience.
• Recent ED/ER experience within the candidate's ED/ER specialty.
• LTACH experience alone will NOT qualify.
• IRF experience alone will NOT qualify.
• Must meet all facility and Alliance compliance requirements before assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ED/ER setting.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and efficient turnover.
• Accurately document care and monitor patient status per hospital protocols.

Position Overview

Minimum Requirements
