Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking an ER Registered Nurse for Kalamazoo, MI. The contract is 13 weeks, with 3x12-hour evening shifts from 15:00 to 3:30, onsite. Compensation includes $22–$24/hour and $792.0–$864 weekly base pay, plus a weekly stipend of $1,267. Licenses and certifications are required, with trauma experience preferred.

Shifts include every other weekend and holidays as needed by the unit. This role requires strong collaboration, attention to detail, and adherence to ED protocols.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recent ER/trauma experience preferred.
• Active Michigan RN license required.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS and TNCC certifications required.
• ENPC, NIH, CPI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians and ancillary staff.
• Document patient conditions, treatments and responses.
• Adhere to unit policies and safety standards.

LicenseandCert:

• Required Certs: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA) and TNCC
• Michigan RN License

Experience:

• Preference of 2 years recent experience & Level 1 Trauma Experience strongly recommended
• Preferred Certs and experience: ENPC, NIH, and CPI
