Qualifications

• A current RN license is required.
• Multistate licenses must establish Idaho residency within 60 days from hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required.
• ACLS and/or PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Care for Neonate, Child, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric patients as applicable.
• Document services and supplies accurately.
• Demonstrate compliance with hospital safety policies and procedures.
• Perform and document comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments.
• Educate patients based on assessment of needs.
• Develop, implement and evaluate a plan of care based on patient needs.
• Communicate patient status and plan of care to the care team.
• Administer medications and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Operate patient care equipment safely.
