Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Medical Unit 4S in Idaho. You will provide hands-on patient care, educate patients, administer medications, and develop care plans within a fast-paced 10-bed unit.

Collaboration with the healthcare team and strong advocacy for patient well-being are essential. The ideal candidate holds a current RN license, meets state residency requirements within 60 days of hire, and has BLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• Multistate licenses must establish residency within 60 days from hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (ACLS/PALS may be accepted).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care in collaboration with the health care team and maintain accurate documentation.
• Educate patients, administer medications and treatments, and develop individualized care plans.
• Promote patients' physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being and advocate for their needs.
