In this key leadership role, you will oversee daily operations of the Clinical Office, providing guidance and support to nursing and clinical staff while ensuring exceptional care for residents. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, promote wellness, and uphold the highest standards of clinical practice. Key Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
• Strong clinical and leadership experience in senior living, primary care, long-term care, or related healthcare settings
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, build relationships, and foster collaboration
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
