West Chester Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a Clinical Nurse Lead to drive high-quality, resident-centered care on the assigned unit. You will lead nursing teams, monitor clinical conditions, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
The role requires a current RN license in the state of employment, a nursing degree preferred, and at least five years of nursing experience with two years in a leadership capacity within long-term care or subacute settings.
