Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Equivalent Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Education Specialization: NRG.
• Credential: RN (Registered Nurse).

Responsibilities

• Regularly assess patient's needs and provide skilled nursing services as prescribed by the physician’s plan of care and standards of nursing practice.
• Provide direct resident care including medication administration, treatments, and assistance with transfers and alarms.
• Evaluate treatment plan effectiveness and collaborate with the team to update the plan as needed.
