Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a registered nurse with expertise in dialysis and patient care coordination to join the nursing unit. The role involves directing and supervising nursing care, planning patient care, and participating in interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements include an active RN license, BLS, and ACLS (with specific timing for certain roles). Experience in nephrology and discharge planning is preferred to support post-hospitalization teaching and community resource linkage.

Qualifications
