Job summary

All In Solutions in Florida seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee acute withdrawal care within our detox and residential facility in West Palm Beach. You will monitor patients, administer MAT, and collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and case managers to tailor care plans.

The role requires an active Florida RN license, 1+ year in addiction treatment or behavioral health, and strong crisis-intervention skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida is required.
• Experience in addiction treatment, detox, or behavioral health preferred.
• Strong assessment and crisis-intervention skills.

Responsibilities

• Acute Care Management: manage patients undergoing withdrawal and MAT protocols.
• Assessment & Safety: conduct health assessments and safety checks.
• Medication Administration: administer and monitor medications.
• Crisis & Safety Interventions: apply de-escalation and crisis response.
• Collaboration: work with psychiatrists, therapists, and case managers.
• Patient Education: provide education on SUD, relapse prevention, and aftercare.
• Documentation: maintain clinical records in EHR.
• Co-Occurring Conditions: monitor for comorbid conditions.
