Job summary

Wellbrook Recovery is seeking a compassionate Detox and Residential Night Shift RN/LPN to support clients in overnight detox and residential settings, ensuring safety and compassionate care.

You will assess vitals, monitor withdrawal symptoms, administer medications including MAT, and document care in the EMR, aligning with treatment plans and facility policies. Collaboration with on-call staff and education for clients are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Experience in detox, substance use treatment, or behavioral health preferred.
• New graduates encouraged to apply with interest in addiction care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to clients in detox and residential settings during overnight hours.
• Perform comprehensive assessments including vitals, withdrawal monitoring, and risk evaluations.
• Administer medications per physician orders, including MAT when applicable.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and changes in condition; document care per standards.
• Maintain EMR records and participate in shift-change communication.
