Job summary

CentraCare Health Willmar Clinic is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to support the Dermatology department. You will assist direct care staff, perform IVs and dressing changes, and help ensure smooth patient flow while advocating for patient needs.

You will organize health information, maintain critical equipment, and keep electronic records up to date. A Minnesota RN license and BLS are required, with strong teamwork and communication skills essential for success.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minnesota RN license required.
• BLS certification required; education portion to be completed within 6 months of hire.
• Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills.
• RN assessment and procedural nursing skills within scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to direct care staff in Dermatology specialty.
• Performs procedures which may include IVs and dressing changes.
• Facilitates patient flow and advocates for patients as needed.
• Organizes patient health information and updates electronic health records.
• Maintains emergency equipment and other resources for safe, high-quality care.
• Manages pharmacy refill program for patients.

Summary

Schedule

Fulltime position - Working 64 hours every two weeks | Onsite

Monday through Thursday | Fridays off!

Daytime shifts between the hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay begins at $33.98 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience and degree level
  • Full pay range: $33.98 - $62.18 per hour

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) current license in the state of Minnesota required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required with exception: inability to complete certification process related to a health condition. Employee must complete education portion of the BLS within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to work well with team members and act as a leader for the nursing department clinical staff.
• Good communication, computer, documentation, and time management skills.
• Nursing RN assessment skills as well as procedural skills within scope of practice.
