Open Sky Community Services seeks a Registered Nurse to join our person-centered residential teams in Massachusetts. You will provide medical oversight, education, and guidance to programs supporting adults with disabilities in a non-hospital setting.

The role emphasizes long-term patient relationships, health coaching, and supervision of the Medication Administration Program. Requires MA RN license and a valid driver’s license; on-site in Worcester, South Norfolk, and Greater Boston areas.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in Massachusetts, required.
• Experience with adults with disabilities strongly preferred.
• Excellent assessment, documentation, and verbal communication skills required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and consultation to programs regarding medical issues, procedures and techniques, and health and wellness practices.
• Assess and provide individualized education related to health and disease processes; reinforce wellness and preventative health measures.
• Review clinical records on a regular basis to ensure adequate services and supports are provided, including any applicable medical interventions, tests, or preventative care as necessary.
• Provide oversight to the Medication Administration Program and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
