Job summary

Ponderosa Villa in Crawford, NE is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to join its compassionate care team. You will safely administer medications, monitor residents, and maintain accurate documentation while building meaningful relationships with residents.

Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, and collaboration with staff to support resident needs. A Nebraska RN license, flexible scheduling, and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Active Nebraska RN license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of medical and pharmacological terminology.

Responsibilities

• Administer routine daily medications (prescription and non-prescription) in accordance with physician orders and facility policy
• Accurately document medication administration, dosages, and times
• Work collaboratively with nurses and care staff to support resident needs
• Observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly
• Follow written and verbal instructions related to medication management
• Collect samples for testing as directed
• Ensure medication carts and related equipment are properly maintained and cleaned
• Respond promptly to resident call lights, alarms, and emergency signals
• Uphold all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
