Cascades Healthcare's Ponderosa Villa in Crawford, NE is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. Schedule: 6pm–6am.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, and document care while building meaningful relationships with those in your care. Qualifications

• Active Nebraska LPN license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of medical and pharmacological terminology.

Responsibilities

• Administer routine daily medications (prescription and non-prescription) per physician orders and facility policy.
• Accurately document medication administration, dosages, and times.
• Collaborate with nurses and care staff to support resident needs.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
• Follow written and verbal instructions related to medication management.
• Collect samples for testing as directed.
• Ensure medication carts and related equipment are properly maintained and cleaned.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights, alarms, and emergency signals.
• Uphold all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
