As an LPN, you will administer medications, monitor residents, and ensure accurate documentation, while building meaningful relationships with those in your care. The role supports a team-centered, people-first environment.

Qualifications

• Active Nebraska LPN license is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Working knowledge of medical and pharmacological terminology is expected.

Responsibilities

• Administer routine daily medications (prescription and non-prescription) per physician orders and facility policy.
• Accurately document medication administration, dosages, and times.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and care staff to support resident needs.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
• Follow written and verbal instructions related to medication management.
• Collect samples for testing as directed.
• Ensure medication carts and related equipment are properly maintained and cleaned.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights, alarms, and emergency signals.
• Uphold all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
