Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of RN experience for PRN status
• AHA BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable per unit policy
• Minimum licensure/certification as required by state law and hospital policy

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical patient care on a per-shift basis
• Supervise clinical staff and delegate appropriately
• Coordinate and integrate patient care using the nursing process
• Administer medications safely and timely per hospital policy
• Respond to emergencies per Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) requirements
