Shebah Home Healthcare in Minnesota is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. You will design and manage individualized care plans for patients in their homes, using careful attention to detail and clear communication to act in the patients' best interests.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed RN in Minnesota.
• New grads welcome; paid training provided.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in 1:1 home setting.
• Design and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and document medical histories.
• Educate patients and families on health management.

Hours

Monday-Sunday 12-hour Day shift from 7:00 am-7:00 pm

Every other weekend or every third weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) from 8:00 am-8:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Work with both respiratory trach and ventilator and non-respiratory patients in the 1:1 private home setting
• Providing high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Conducting thorough patient assessments and documenting medical histories.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assisting with critical care tasks, including airway management and acute pain management.
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes in patient conditions.
• Educating patients and families on health management and medication administration.

Qualifications

• Currently a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Minnesota
