Job summary

Shebah Home Healthcare in Minnesota seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to design and manage individualized home care plans, working closely with patients and families to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

You will be part of a dedicated team providing 1:1 in-home nursing, with night shifts, guaranteed training, and consistent hours to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Minnesota
• BLS certification required
• New grads welcome; paid training offered
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills

Responsibilities

• Work with both respiratory trach and ventilator and non-respiratory patients in the 1:1 private home setting
• Providing high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
• Conducting thorough patient assessments and documenting medical histories
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assisting with critical care tasks, including airway management and acute pain management
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes in patient conditions
• Educating patients and families on health management and medication administration

Hours

Monday-Sunday 12-hour Night shift from 8:00 pm-8:00 am.

Every other weekend or every third weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) from 8:00 pm-8:00 am.
