Job summary

Shebah Home Healthcare in Minnesota is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to design and manage individualized care plans in a 1:1 private home setting. You will use careful assessment, clear communication, and adherence to protocols to ensure patient well-being.

New grads are welcome; paid training is provided. The role offers consistent hours, night shifts, and a supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional in-home care to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Minnesota.
• Paid training available for new grads.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Work with respiratory trach and ventilator and non-respiratory patients in the 1:1 private home setting.
• Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document medical histories.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with airway management and acute pain management.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient conditions.
• Educate patients and families on health management and medication administration.

Hours

• Monday-Sunday, 12-hour Night shift from 7:00 pm-7:00 am
• Every other weekend or every third weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) from 8:00 am-8:00 pm
