Nexus Neurorecovery Center – Conroe is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to support ouradult patient population with complex medical, neurological, and behavioral needs. We welcome Family Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioners, and Nurse Practitioners with experience in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
Candidates must be comfortable caring for adults with behavioral challenges and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to address the connection between physical health, cognition, behavior, and recovery.

The Nurse Practitioner provides assessment, treatment, and ongoing clinical management for adult patients in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team. This role supports individuals whose neurological conditions may be accompanied by cognitive impairment, behavioral dysregulation, psychiatric symptoms, and complex medical needs.
The ideal candidate brings strong clinical judgment, patience, and a practical, compassionate approach to caring for adults who may have difficulty communicating needs, regulating emotions, or participating consistently in treatment. Assigned responsibilities will align with the provider’s education, certification, clinical privileges, and scope of practice.
