Job summary

iaedp is seeking a compassionate RN to join our inpatient team supporting clients with eating disorders and co-occurring conditions. You will provide holistic nursing care within an interdisciplinary setting, performing assessments, monitoring, and interventions to support recovery.

This role offers day and evening shifts, weekend availability, comprehensive benefits, and a competitive hourly rate of $43–$47, with final compensation based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse License in Washington
• Must have valid Driver's License and be authorized to drive
• Current Basic Life Support Certification required (American Heart Association) within 30 days from date of hire
• Experience or strong desire to work in a mental health setting

Responsibilities

• Provides client care through assessment, monitoring, and intervention to address health concerns appropriately
• Provides medication management including education, assessing adherence, administration in the inpatient and residential setting only, and monitoring for side effects in collaboration with provider
• Assists and supports medical and psychiatric providers with medical care coordination
• Provides medical care coordination between patient, provider, staff, family and outside care agencies as needed
• Serves as a staff resource for client medical needs and information
• Partners with the treatment team to create the appropriate treatment plan for each client

Position Overview

Nurses provide holistic and compassionate nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team to clients with Eating Disorders and other comorbid disorders in an inpatient higher level of care (HLOC) setting.

• Day and Eve Shift
• Weekend Availability

Compensation

• $43.00 - $47.00/hour

Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position
