UMass Memorial Health in Worcester, Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated nurse to manage patient care from admission to discharge. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care coordination, and collaboration with healthcare providers. Candidates should possess current Massachusetts nursing licensure, expertise in nursing practices, and, preferably, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
This position offers varied 12-hour shifts, including holidays. Applicants should be prepared for a dynamic working environment focused on quality patient care.
Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
Hiring Range: $52.50 - $57.50 (final offer may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations)
Schedule Details: Holidays - One Major Summer Holiday, One Major Winter Holiday; Days: Sunday through Saturday. Scheduled Hours: varied 12 hour shifts. Shift: 4-Mixed Shift, 12.5 hours.

Department-specific competencies and their measurements will be developed and maintained in the individual departments. The competencies will be maintained and attached to the departmental job description. Responsible managers will review competencies with position incumbents.
Work is considered medium. Position requires work indoors in a patient care environment.
Schedule Details: 4 - 12 hour mixed shifts per month. 7am-7:30pm or 7pm-7:30am. 1 major winter and summer holiday.
