UMass Memorial Health in Worcester is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to manage patient care from admission to discharge, ensuring comprehensive nursing processes are implemented. Department-specific competencies and their measurements will be developed and maintained in the individual departments. The competencies will be maintained and attached to the departmental job description. Responsible managers will review competencies with position incumbents.
Work is considered medium. Position requires work indoors in a patient care environment.
Schedule Details: 4 - 12 hour mixed shifts per month; 7am - 7:30pm or 7pm - 7:30am; 1 major winter and summer holiday.
