What You'll Do

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health.
• Perform age and disease-specific assessments independently.
• Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patients.
• Develop a plan of care with patient/family-centered goals.
• Communicate and implement the plan of care effectively.
• Provide ongoing communication regarding patient's status and care.
• Administer medications utilizing advanced bar-scanning technologies.
• Evaluate progress toward attainment of patient outcomes.
• Identify ethical issues and enhance patient satisfaction.
• Maintain competencies and certifications for accreditation requirements.

Requirements

Education:

• Associate in Nursing or diploma of Nursing degree required
• BSN in progress or willingness to acquire within three years of hire

Experience:
