Job summary

Trinity Health in Grand Rapids is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Hauenstein 2 multi-specialty critical care unit. You’ll deliver patient-centered care on a fast-paced, collaborative team with opportunities for specialty certification and ongoing development.

The RN will work 36 hours per week on the 7:00 pm–7:30 am night shift, on a Magnet-designated facility with strong shared decision-making and comprehensive benefits starting Day 1.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing school and program.
• Associate's degree in nursing required, BSN preferred.
• In Grand Rapids if ADN must enroll in BSN program within 6 months of hire and complete in 4 years of hire
• Licensed in the State of Michigan
• Certs: BLS, ACLS (ACLS at time of hire or w/in 6 months)
• Experience as an RN required.

Responsibilities

• Care for a diverse and complex patient population on a fast-paced unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care.
• Develop advanced critical care expertise and pursue specialty certification and ongoing development.

Hauenstein 2 is a multi-specialty critical care unit dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. This fast-paced environment provides RNs with the opportunity to care for a diverse and complex patient population while working alongside a highly skilled, collaborative interdisciplinary team.

RNs on Hauenstein 2 develop advanced critical care expertise across multiple specialties, strengthening clinical judgment and technical skills in a supportive and team-oriented setting. The unit fosters a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and clinical excellence, with opportunities for specialty certification and ongoing development.

What Registered Nurse, RN will need:
