VitaCare Living in Spooner, WI is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Consultant to provide clinical oversight for our assisted living and memory care communities. You will guide practice, ensure regulatory compliance, and support staff with education and quality improvement.

This contracted role focuses on survey readiness, adherence to Wisconsin DHS 83 requirements, and turning clinical standards into daily practice through collaboration with community leaders and caregivers.

VitaCare Living is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support our assisted living and memory care communities in Spooner, Wisconsin, as a contracted RN Consultant. This role focuses on clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, staff education, and quality improvement to help ensure residents receive safe, respectful, individualized care. You’ll partner with community leaders and caregivers to strengthen clinical practices, maintain survey readiness, and meet Wisconsin DHS 83 requirements. What we offer

• Pay: $45 per hour

• Schedule: Part-time, approximately 12 hours per week minimum
