Job summary

VitaCare Living in Menomonie, Wisconsin seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) as a contracted RN Consultant to support assisted living and memory care communities. The role centers on clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, staff education, and quality improvement to ensure safe, respectful, individualized resident care.

You will partner with community leaders and caregivers to strengthen clinical practices, maintain survey readiness, and meet Wisconsin DHS 83 requirements.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Wisconsin.
• Experience in assisted living and memory care.
• Knowledge of CBRF regulations (Wisconsin DHS 83) is a plus.
• Ability to educate staff and drive quality improvement.
