Job summary

VitaCare Living - Mount Horeb, WI seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Consultant to support our assisted living and memory care communities in Mount Horeb. This contracted role focuses on clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, staff education, and quality improvement to deliver safe, individualized resident care.

You will partner with community leaders and caregivers to strengthen clinical practices, maintain survey readiness, and meet Wisconsin DHS 83 requirements.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin.

This role focuses on clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, staff education, and quality improvement to help ensure residents receive safe, respectful, individualized care. You’ll partner with community leaders and caregivers to strengthen clinical practices, maintain survey readiness, and meet Wisconsin DHS 83 requirements. What We Offer

• Pay: $45 per hour

• Schedule: Part-time, approximately 12 hours per week minimum

• Work Arrangement: Combination of on-site community visits and remote work based on community needs
