Responsibilities

• Perform age-appropriate assessments and reassessments, documenting findings accurately.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff, ensuring safety, infection control, and age-specific needs are met.
• Recognize changes in patient condition, respond appropriately, and involve families in decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and professional standards, while maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Participate in performance improvement, evidence-based practice, and research initiatives to enhance quality care.
