Qualifications

• Graduate from a Nursing Specialty Training Program; experienced RNs and new graduates eligible.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality improvement, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families, participate in discharge planning, and evaluate nursing interventions’ effectiveness.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff, delegate tasks appropriately, and adjust assignments based on patient acuity and needs.
• Promote teamwork, troubleshoot equipment issues, and engage in evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Participate in quality and safety programs, support organizational goals, and contribute to a positive clinical environment.
