Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver quality patient care within a patient-focused environment. The RN will collaborate with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs, serving as a key intermediary between patients, families, and providers.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, a current GA RN license (or multi-state), and BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Registered Nursing License (Georgia or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• ACLS, PALS, or NRP certifications within 6 months of hire (select units).

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing services and ensure patient confidentiality and safety.
• Collaborate with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and participate in shared governance activities.
