Mercy is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care using the nursing process, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinating care with other departments in line with Mercy Service Standards.

Responsibilities include professional accountability, evaluating the effectiveness of care, and supporting a collaborative care team. RN licensure in the hiring state or a compact license is required, with unit-specific certifications possibly needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Active RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure per state requirements.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support and other unit-specific certifications may be required.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments and evaluates overall care effectiveness.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
