Job summary

Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
- Active RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
- One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certification at hire or during orientation; must stay current.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care to patients per care plans.
- Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans.
- Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs daily.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
