LiveWell Homecare Agency in Danville, PA is seeking a dedicated Inpatient RN to coordinate and supervise nursing care on an assigned unit. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care while promoting patient satisfaction and Magnet-aligned practice.

The position involves direct patient care, staff supervision, onboarding, and leadership responsibilities across staffing, evaluation, and policy updates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Specialty Nursing Program; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and supervise assigned staff, including onboarding new employees.
• Conduct performance evaluations, monitor attendance, manage supplies, and coordinate staffing.
• Address performance issues, communicate care and operational updates, and participate in policy development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, facilitate evidence-based practices, and mentor staff.
• Handle patient and family concerns, document incidents, and support a positive work environment aligned with Magnet principles.
• Assist in unit management tasks, including resource utilization and incident follow-up.
