Job description

Position: Full-time Inpatient RN with up to $24,000 hiring incentive and competitive pay rates.

Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs, promote safety, and enhance patient satisfaction. Provide compassionate care, coordinate patient interactions, and ensure quality experiences for patients and families. Conduct assessments, address physical and psychosocial needs, develop and implement care plans, administer treatments and medications, and evaluate intervention effectiveness. Collaborate proactively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, and contribute to evidence-based practice decisions. Participate actively in team goals, quality, and safety initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing, with the ability to provide holistic patient care. Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are essential. Ability to work in a clinical environment and adhere to policies and procedures.
