Job summary

Crossroads Hospice seeks a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to lead a patient‑focused inpatient/outpatient hospice team in Dayton, OH. You will supervise clinical staff, ensure high‑quality nursing care, and advocate for patient dignity and comfort during life’s final journey.

The role requires 5 years of nursing experience in relevant settings, supervisory experience preferred, and an active RN license with valid drivers license. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional nursing experience required (medical, surgical, ICU, palliative care, or oncology).
• 2 years of community health, home health, or hospice and palliative care nursing experience preferred.
• 1 year of clinical supervisory experience preferred.
• Active unencumbered state RN license, current driver's license and auto liability coverage.
• CPR certification, TB results, and updated physical required.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN clinical supervision and support to the hospice care team.
• Ensure patients' comfort, dignity, and alignment with their wishes.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize care.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, safety protocols, and organizational standards.

Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor Qualifications:

• 5 years of professional nursing experience required. (Medical, surgical, ICU, palliative care, or oncology clinical experience is required)
• 2 years of community health, home health, or hospice and palliative care nursing experience preferred
• 1 year of clinical supervisory experience preferred
• Active unencumbered state RN license
• Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
• CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical
