• 5 years of professional nursing experience required (medical, surgical, ICU, palliative care, or oncology).
• 2 years in community health, home health, or hospice nursing preferred.
• 1 year of clinical supervisory experience preferred.
• Active, unencumbered state RN license.
• Current driver’s license and auto liability coverage.
• CPR certification; TB results and updated physical.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff in a hospice setting to ensure quality care.
• Coordinate with families to support comfort and dignity.
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
• Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM and support team growth.

Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor Qualifications:

• 5years of professional nursing experience required. (Medical, surgical, ICU, palliative care, or oncology clinical experience is required)
• 2 years of community health, home health, or hospice and palliative care nursing experience preferred.
• 1year of clinical supervisory experience preferred
• Active unencumbered state RN license
• Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
• CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical
